Every photograph presents different opportunities and limitations. We review your image before confirming the composition, price, and next step.

Choosing a photograph

A clear image gives the craft a strong starting point.

  • Visible faces or main subject
  • Useful contrast and lighting
  • Clear, meaningful composition
  • Adequate image resolution
  • No more than two subjects
  • Permission to use the image

Submitting a photograph does not automatically confirm an order. We first review feasibility, scope, background detail, and pricing.

    Send your photo

    Email or WhatsApp your image, occasion, destination, and important details.

  2. 2

    We review it

    We assess clarity, subjects, background, complexity, and feasibility.

  3. 3

    Confirm your order

    Review the proposed direction and price, pay the 50% deposit, then approve the composition.

  4. 4

    Hand-carving begins

    After composition approval, production normally takes 7–10 calendar days. Changes are no longer possible.

  5. 5

    Review and delivery

    We share the finished work, collect the balance, arrange shipping, and provide tracking.
