A person and a pet count as two subjects. We currently accept a maximum of two subjects and do not accept three-subject commissions.

Payment and delivery
What to expect.
50% deposit
After we review your photograph and proposed direction, a 50% deposit confirms that you wish to proceed. Production begins after composition approval.
7–10 calendar days
Production begins after the deposit is received and the composition is confirmed. Rush service is not available.
Balance before dispatch
We share a finished-work photo or video. The remaining 50% is due before shipping.

Delivery time depends on the address. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included.
